Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a deep baking dish, mix 1 can of coconut cream, 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth, and 1 cup of uncooked wild rice until well combined.
- 3. Add 1 cup of your favorite canned or frozen gluten-free vegetables to the mixture and stir to distribute evenly.
