- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1/2 cup of rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is tender and the rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Dissolve 2 gluten-free vegetable bouillon cubes in 1 1/4 cups of hot water.
- 4. Combine the rice mixture, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and the prepared bouillon in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir to mix evenly.
- 5. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- 6. Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve warm.
