  • 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
  • - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1/2 cup of rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is tender and the rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Dissolve 2 gluten-free vegetable bouillon cubes in 1 1/4 cups of hot water.
  4. 4. Combine the rice mixture, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and the prepared bouillon in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir to mix evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve warm.
