  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • - Ducros Dried Thyme
  • - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
  • - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
  • 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove bitterness.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the vegetable stock to a boil and add rinsed quinoa.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until quinoa is fluffy.
  4. 4. Peel and devein the prawns, ensuring they are clean and ready for cooking.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley and thyme for seasoning.
  6. 6. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
