  • 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
  • 250G Butter Unsalted 250G
  • 150G Blue Earth Foods Coldwater Prawns
  • NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced carrots for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir for 1 minute to lightly toast the grains.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable stock, season with 1g salt, and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer the rice for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
