- 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
- 250G Butter Unsalted 250G
- 150G Blue Earth Foods Coldwater Prawns
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced carrots for 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir for 1 minute to lightly toast the grains.
- 4. Pour in the vegetable stock, season with 1g salt, and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer the rice for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- 6. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves for the prawns.
- 7. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted, then add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- 8. Add the prawns to the skillet, season with remaining salt and black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until pink and firm.
- 9. Stir in the lemon juice and finely chopped parsley, cooking for another minute to coat the prawns evenly.
