- 1 Bunch Bunch Of Bananas 1kg
- - Pineapple
- 500 G Organic Chopped & Roasted Almonds
- 400G Cocos Organic Natural Coconut Yoghurt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 190G The Bay Tree Cracking Cranberry Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of coconut yogurt, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 can of cranberry sauce. Mix well until smooth.
- 2. Peel and slice 2 bananas and chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple into small chunks. Add them to the coconut yogurt mixture and gently fold to combine.
- 3. Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped nuts of your choice, such as almonds or walnuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- 4. Line a muffin tin with baking cups and spoon the mixture evenly into each cup, filling them to the top.
- 5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the mixture to freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- 6. Once frozen, remove the dessert cups from the muffin tin and serve immediately for a refreshing treat.
