- 125G Muller Corner Plant Based Vanilla & Chocolate Balls Yogurt
- 1 Bunch Bunch Of Bananas 1kg
- - Pineapple
- 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 190G The Bay Tree Cracking Cranberry Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of oats. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- 2. Peel and slice 2 bananas into thin rounds and chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple into small pieces. Add these to the yogurt mixture.
- 3. Gently fold in 1 cup of cranberry sauce, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 4. Line a muffin tin with baking cups and spoon the mixture evenly into each cup.
- 5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the mixture to freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
