- 400G Casa Marrazzo Peeled Organic Tomatoes, 400G
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 350G Natoora Large New Season Unwaxed Lemons
- - Tata Salt
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Chop 3 tomatoes and discard the seeds to avoid excess moisture.
- 2. Finely chop 2 green chilies and set them aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
- 4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture, then stir well.
- 5. Rinse and chop 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves, ensuring no grit remains, and mix them into the bowl.
- 6. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the mixture and stir to combine all the flavors.
- 7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled with flatbread, crackers, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
