- 500G Shazans Lamb Mince
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a large pan and toast cumin seeds until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and chili; sauté until golden brown, around 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
- 4. Add the ground lamb and cook on medium heat, breaking it apart, until browned evenly, about 8 minutes.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, then simmer until the mixture thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
- 6. Meanwhile, rinse millet and cook in boiling water with a pinch of salt until tender, about 12 minutes.
- 7. Drain millet and fluff with a fork; mix in a sprinkle of garam masala for added flavor.
- 8. Garnish the lamb keema with freshly chopped cilantro and serve alongside the warm spiced millet.
