Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
  • - Jalpur Whole Millet Seeds Bajri Whole
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
  • - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
  • 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly, then toast it in a dry pan for 5 minutes until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add water to the millet, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until cooked and fluffy.
  3. 3. Boil the eggs in water for 7 minutes, then cool, peel, and set aside.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili, and sauté until golden brown.
  6. 6. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
  7. 7. Add the spinach, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes until wilted and blended with the spices.
  8. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt if needed, stirring to combine flavors evenly.
  9. 9. Slice the boiled eggs in half and gently place them into the spinach masala, simmering for 2 minutes.
