Fragrant Chicken Biryani recipe

About this recipe

Fragrant Chicken Biryani is a classic Indian recipe that combines tender chicken, basmati rice, and a medley of spices to create a comforting, flavorful dish. The process begins with caramelizing onions and preparing a spiced chicken base, followed by layering it with partially cooked rice and fresh herbs. Slowly steamed to perfection, this one-pot meal is aromatic and satisfying, ideal for a hearty dinner. The chicken provides lean protein, while rice offers energy-boosting carbohydrates. The vibrant spices, including garam masala, cinnamon, and cardamom, infuse the dish with rich, complex flavors. Perfectly paired with a cooling raita or crisp salad, this biryani is a delightful blend of taste and nutrition.
