- - Jalpur Whole Millet Seeds Bajri Whole
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- - Ginger - 100g
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 360G Short Dated Seasoning For Boiled Fish With Pickled Cabbage, 360G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and toast the millet for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add double the amount of water to the millet, cover, and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- 5. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
- 6. Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan, sautéing until golden brown.
- 7. Stir in the chopped tomato, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until the tomato softens.
- 8. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them gently, mixing with the spices and vegetables.
- 9. Cook the eggs until fluffy and fully set, stirring occasionally.
- 10. Garnish the egg bhurji with chopped coriander leaves.
- 11. Serve the fluffy masala egg bhurji alongside the toasted millet for a balanced breakfast.
