Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
  • 560G Yorkshire Provender Rustic Vegetable Broth With Lentils Kale & Quinoa
  • NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
  • - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
  • 113G Royal Baking Powder Tin, 113G
  • - Tata Salt
  • 50G Top-Op Nutmeg Powder 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together 2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add 3/4 cup of vegetable broth and 1/4 cup of almond milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. 3. Transfer the dough onto a clean surface and knead lightly. Roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut into small squares.
  4. 4. Bring 4 cups of vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder to enhance the flavor.
  5. 5. Drop the dough squares into the boiling broth, ensuring they do not stick together. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook the dumplings for an additional 1 hour, allowing them to absorb the flavors of the broth.
  7. 7. Serve the dumplings hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
