- 560G Yorkshire Provender Rustic Vegetable Broth With Lentils Kale & Quinoa
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
- 113G Royal Baking Powder Tin, 113G
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Top-Op Nutmeg Powder 50g
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together 2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 2. Gradually add 3/4 cup of vegetable broth and 1/4 cup of almond milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- 3. Transfer the dough onto a clean surface and knead lightly. Roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut into small squares.
- 4. Bring 4 cups of vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder to enhance the flavor.
- 5. Drop the dough squares into the boiling broth, ensuring they do not stick together. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
- 6. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook the dumplings for an additional 1 hour, allowing them to absorb the flavors of the broth.
- 7. Serve the dumplings hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
