  • - Rajah Jeera Whole Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • 100 G Natco Coriander Ground
  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 80G Unbeleafable Rocket & Babyleaf Salad
  • 300G Bay'S Kitchen Tomato & Roasted Pepper Soup
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
  • 100G East End Black Pepper Whole
  • - Tata Salt
  • 100G Borwicks Baking Powder, 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak 200g of chickpeas in water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked chickpeas and blend with 2 cloves, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp black peppercorns until coarse. Add salt to taste.
  3. 3. Finely chop a bunch of mixed salad leaves and add to the chickpea mixture.
  4. 4. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
  5. 5. Heat 2-3 tbsp of chilli-infused cooking oil in a pan and fry the falafel patties until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Slice fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion, and wash mixed salad leaves. Set these aside as wrap fillings.
  7. 7. Warm tortilla wraps in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  8. 8. To assemble the wrap, place a salad leaf on a tortilla, add a few falafel pieces, and top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
