Ingredients
- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Knorr Stock Pot Vegetable
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Drain 1 can of green beans and 1 can of whole kernel corn, then mix them together in a large bowl.
- 3. Add 1 cup of vegetable stock, 8 oz of greek yogurt, and 1 cup of nutritional yeast to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- 4. Finely chop 1 onion and sauté it in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add it to the mixture.
- 5. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
- 6. Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil and mix it with 1 cup of oats. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
