Ingredients

  • 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • - Knorr Stock Pot Vegetable
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Drain 1 can of green beans and 1 can of whole kernel corn, then mix them together in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of vegetable stock, 8 oz of greek yogurt, and 1 cup of nutritional yeast to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. 4. Finely chop 1 onion and sauté it in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add it to the mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. 6. Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil and mix it with 1 cup of oats. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
