- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
- 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- 395G Heinz Mayonnaise 395g
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 50 Ml Modern Nature Stevia Drops Caramel Sweetener
Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, and 1 cup of apple into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of greek yogurt, and 2 packets of stevia until smooth.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, apple, and 1 cup of raisins.
- 4. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- 5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
