  • 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
  • 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
  • 395G Heinz Mayonnaise 395g
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 50 Ml Modern Nature Stevia Drops Caramel Sweetener

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, and 1 cup of apple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of greek yogurt, and 2 packets of stevia until smooth.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, apple, and 1 cup of raisins.
  4. 4. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
