  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • - Jus Rol Puff Pastry Squares-1x5.2kg
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 150G Lindahls Kvarg White Chocolate
  • 500 g Italian Ricotta Cheese - 500Gr - Marco Alimentari
  • 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Unroll and flatten the puff pastry onto a cookie sheet, pressing the seams together to form a single layer.
  3. 3. Bake the puff pastry base in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 package of quark, and 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  5. 5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the cooled puff pastry base.
  6. 6. Finely chop 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 green bell pepper, and 1 medium carrot. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables evenly over the creamy layer.
