Ingredients

  • - Oatmeal Medium Bwfo
  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • - Longley Farm Cottage Cheese
  • 400G Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400G
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and grate 1/2 cup of carrot. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with 6 tablespoons of water, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of milk, the chopped red bell pepper, and grated carrot. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir to combine.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  5. 5. Scoop a portion of the mixture and form it into a flat patty. Place it in the pan and repeat with the remaining mixture, cooking in batches if necessary.
  6. 6. Cook each fritter for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  8. 8. Serve the fritters warm as a main dish or alongside a fresh salad for a complete meal.
