- 500G Natoora French Mixed Heritage Carrots
- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
- 1. Begin by arranging 4 cups of romaine lettuce leaves evenly on a round platter to create a base.
- 2. Slice 2 medium tomatoes into thick rounds and arrange them along the outer edge of the platter.
- 3. Thinly slice 1 small red onion and layer the slices over the tomatoes.
- 4. Peel and slice 1 medium avocado, then place the slices on top of the tomato and onion layers.
