Ingredients
- 1 kg Cabbage 1 Kg
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 450G Pack'D Organic Super Sweet Sweetcorn
- - Jalpur Fresh Peas - (Garden Peas)

Instructions
- 1. Boil 500 g of fillet steak in a large pot until fully cooked, then remove the steak from the broth. Allow the broth to cool and skim off any grease from the top.
- 2. Return the broth to the pot and bring it to a simmer. Add 1 head of chopped cabbage, 200 g green beans, 3 diced carrots, 2 diced celery stalks, and 3 diced onions. Cook for 30 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 3. Add 2 cups of diced tomatoes, 2 cups of corn kernels, and 2 cups of peas to the pot. Stir well and cook for another 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 4. Slice the cooked steak into bite-sized pieces and return it to the soup. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Let the soup stand for 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor. Serve hot for a satisfying dinner.
