- 50G Picard Chopped Chives
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- 400G Italianavera Cherry Tomatoes In Botanical Tin, 400G
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Sussex Wholefoods Organic Dried Basil
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- NaN Tiger Nut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Replace the wheat tortellini with diced cherry tomatoes. Use 2 cups of diced cherry tomatoes as the base of the salad.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk until smooth.
- 3. Add the diced cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped chives, and 1/2 cup additional diced cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
- 4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
