  • 50G Picard Chopped Chives
  • NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
  • 400G Italianavera Cherry Tomatoes In Botanical Tin, 400G
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Sussex Wholefoods Organic Dried Basil
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • NaN Tiger Nut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Replace the wheat tortellini with diced cherry tomatoes. Use 2 cups of diced cherry tomatoes as the base of the salad.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the diced cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped chives, and 1/2 cup additional diced cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
