Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil to a boil over medium heat.
  2. 2. While the water is heating, chop 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of celery, and 1/2 cup of zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
