A refreshing and healthy no-bake spinach salad, perfect for dinner. This dish combines tender spinach, juicy tomatoes, and crisp celery, topped with a protein-rich hard-boiled egg for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - Tata Salt
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before preparation.
  2. 2. Carefully wash 1/2 lb of spinach leaves in several changes of water to remove any dirt or grit. Drain thoroughly and pat dry.
  3. 3. Using kitchen scissors, shred the spinach leaves coarsely and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Dice 2 red tomatoes and thinly slice 5 green onions. Add them to the bowl with the spinach.
  5. 5. Finely chop 1/2 cup of celery and add it to the bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt over the vegetables.
  6. 6. Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  7. 7. Rinse and drain 1 cup of chickpeas and use them to garnish the salad. Serve immediately on individual plates.
