- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- 227G Golden Swan Whole Water Chestnuts, 227G
Instructions
- 1. Thaw 500 g of frozen spinach completely and squeeze out all excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 package of vegetable soup mix, 1 1/2 cups of light sour cream, and 1 cup of low-fat mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- 3. Chop 1 cup of water chestnuts into small pieces and finely slice 3 green onions. Add these to the bowl along with the prepared spinach.
- 4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
