  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
  • 227G Golden Swan Whole Water Chestnuts, 227G

Instructions

  1. 1. Thaw 500 g of frozen spinach completely and squeeze out all excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 package of vegetable soup mix, 1 1/2 cups of light sour cream, and 1 cup of low-fat mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
