- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
- 250G Biona Organic Lasagne Pasta Sheets
- - Petti Delicato Extra Fine Passata
- - Longley Farm Cottage Cheese
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Cook 250 g of whole-grain lasagne noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with olive oil.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of 2 cups passata on the bottom of the dish. Layer with cooked noodles, 1 can (400 g) of spinach, and 1 cup cottage cheese.
- 5. Repeat the layers: noodles, 2 cups passata, spinach, and 1 cup cottage cheese, finishing with a top layer of cheese.
- 6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Let the lasagne stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- 8. While the lasagne sets, prepare a side salad with fresh greens and your choice of diabetic-friendly dressing.
