- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Pork Chops
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- - Red Sweet Potato
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly brown 4 pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, sauté 1 diced onion until translucent.
- 3. Add 2 thinly sliced carrots, 4 thickly sliced celery stalks, and 2 cubed sweet potatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- 4. Return the pork chops to the skillet, season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper, and add enough water to cover the bottom of the skillet.
- 5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Serve hot, ensuring each plate has a portion of pork chop and vegetables.
