  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
  • 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 5 l White Wine Vinegar - 5Lt - Marco Alimentari
  • - Schwartz Oregano
  • - Jalpur Curry Powder
  • 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/3 cup chopped green onions, and 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaf. Toss lightly to mix.
  2. 2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, and a pinch of salt.
