Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 5 l White Wine Vinegar - 5Lt - Marco Alimentari
- - Schwartz Oregano
- - Jalpur Curry Powder
- 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/3 cup chopped green onions, and 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaf. Toss lightly to mix.
- 2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture in the medium bowl.
- 4. Toss the salad gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 5. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
