- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml

- 5 l White Wine Vinegar - 5Lt - Marco Alimentari
- - Jalpur Curry Powder
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G

Instructions
- 1. Carefully rinse 1 1/2 cups of diced cucumber, tomato, and radish in a colander under cold running water and set aside to drain.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/2 cup thinly sliced radish, and 1/3 cup chopped green onion.
- 3. Add the drained vegetables to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined.
