- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 750 Ml Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 750Ml
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- 2 Per Pack Natoora White Onions
- 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic

Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet or wok, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 2. Add 1/3 cup of finely chopped white onion and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
- 3. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of broccoli florets and 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 4. Sprinkle the dish with 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Remove from heat and serve immediately. This dish serves 4 to 5 people.
