Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the thawed spinach to remove excess water and set it aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 10 oz of spinach, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise, and 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable soup mix.
- 3. Finely chop 3 green onions and 1 water chestnut, then add them to the bowl.
- 4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
