- 750 Ml Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 750Ml

- 1. Cut 400 g of skinless chicken breast into small, 1-inch pieces.
- 2. Season the chicken pieces with 1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- 4. Add 300 g of red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the pepper is tender-crisp.
