  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
  • - Forest Whole Foods Ltd Organic Long Grain Brown Rice
  • Black Beans 1 Kg Feijao Preto, Black Beans 1Kg
  • 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
  • - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 60G Little Leaves Lambs Lettuce
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 2 cups of brown rice according to package instructions, then let it cool to room temperature.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled brown rice, 1 cup of rinsed and drained black beans, 1 diced tomato, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
