- Black Beans 1 Kg Feijao Preto, Black Beans 1Kg
- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 60G Little Leaves Lambs Lettuce
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
Instructions
- 1. Cook 2 cups of brown rice according to package instructions, then let it cool to room temperature.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled brown rice, 1 cup of rinsed and drained black beans, 1 diced tomato, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
