- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 187 Ml Pure Maple Syrup, 187Ml
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 455 Ml Flying Goose Sriracha - Extra Garlic, 455Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- 100 G East End Garlic Powder
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Drain the tofu and press it for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until fully coated.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- 6. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 7. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce to make the dipping sauce.
- 8. Transfer the tofu bites to a serving plate and serve hot with the tangy dipping sauce.
