Ingredients
- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 125G Corn Baby - 125G Pkt
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch to coat them evenly for extra crispiness.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
- 4. Remove the tofu and set aside; in the same pan, add more sesame oil if needed.
- 5. Saute ginger paste, garlic paste, and sliced green chilies until fragrant.
- 6. Add sliced onions, carrots, baby corn, and bell peppers, stirring well over medium heat.
- 7. Pour soy sauce and water into the pan, stirring to create a light sauce coating the vegetables.
- 8. Return the crispy tofu to the pan and mix gently to incorporate the flavors.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onions, stirring to combine evenly.
- 10. Cook for another 3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
