  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, grated garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. 3. Coat the tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch to create a crispy crust when cooked.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. 5. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and toss the tofu to coat evenly, letting the sauce reduce slightly.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tofu and cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring they are well glazed.
  7. 7. Transfer the tofu bites to a plate and garnish with finely chopped spring onions for freshness.
  8. 8. Serve warm and enjoy the crispy, flavorful snack with a side of green tea or as is.
