- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, grated garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- 3. Coat the tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch to create a crispy crust when cooked.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 5. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and toss the tofu to coat evenly, letting the sauce reduce slightly.
