- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 1 Kg Red Lentils (Masoor Dal), 1Kg
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Finely chop the spinach, garlic, and onion, then sauté them in olive oil until softened.
- 3. Mix the cooked red lentils with the sautéed spinach mixture and add cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- 4. In a bowl, combine rice flour with water, forming a smooth dough.
- 5. Roll out small portions of the dough into thin circles for wrapping.
- 6. Place a spoonful of the spinach-lentil mixture onto each circle and fold into a puff shape.
- 7. Seal the edges by pressing them together gently and place the puffs on the baking tray.
- 8. Brush the puffs lightly with olive oil to ensure a crispy texture.
- 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 10. Allow the puffs to cool slightly before serving for the best texture.
