- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- 500G Biona Organic Long Grain Italian White Rice
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the spring onions and fresh dill, setting aside half the dill for the dip.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, sauerkraut, rice flour, spring onions, dill, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together when pressed, forming a dough-like consistency.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small, flat fritters using your hands or a mold.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering but not smoking.
- 6. Fry the fritters in batches, cooking each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
