  • - Tata Salt
  • 100G Natco Paprika Powder 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain 500 g of canned salmon and remove any large bones or skin. Flake the salmon into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Finely chop 1 green pepper, 1 onion, and 1/3 cup of fresh parsley. Add them to the bowl with the salmon.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of liquid egg, 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp of salt, and 1 tsp of paprika to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  4. 4. Using a small scoop or tablespoon, shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of hush puppies.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties into the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Serve the crispy salmon patties warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh side salad.
