Ingredients

- 100 G Taj Spices Trs All Purpose Seasoning
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of paneer into strips approximately the length and width of an index finger.
- 2. Sprinkle the paneer strips with 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning, ensuring to rub the spices in evenly.
- 3. Place the seasoned paneer strips in a container and pour 3 tbsp soy sauce over them. Cover with a lid and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk to create a batter. In a separate dish, mix 1 cup flour with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 5. Dip each marinated paneer strip into the egg and milk mixture, then roll it in the flour mixture to coat thoroughly.
- 6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 180°C (350°F). Fry the coated paneer strips in batches for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the fried paneer fingers from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
