Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into evenly sized bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. 3. Add paneer cubes to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, dice the avocado into small chunks and chop the parsley finely.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the seasoning blend.
