Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into evenly sized bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 3. Add paneer cubes to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 4. Meanwhile, dice the avocado into small chunks and chop the parsley finely.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the seasoning blend.
- 6. Remove the paneer cubes from the pan and toss them gently with the seasoning mix.
- 7. Arrange the seasoned paneer cubes and avocado chunks on a serving plate.
- 8. Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
