  • 180G Fish Said Fred Asc Sea Bass Fillets
  • 1 Lemon - 1 Each
  • 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G
  • 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
  • NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the cod fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. While the fish marinates, wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
  5. 5. Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the rice to the pan and stir for 2 minutes to lightly toast it.
