- 180G Fish Said Fred Asc Sea Bass Fillets
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G
- 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- 3. Coat the cod fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. While the fish marinates, wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- 5. Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant.
- 6. Add the rice to the pan and stir for 2 minutes to lightly toast it.
- 7. Pour water into the pan, season with salt, and bring it to a boil.
- 8. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook the rice until tender, about 15 minutes.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C while the rice finishes cooking.
- 10. Place the marinated cod fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
