- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

- 250G Mushroom Button 250G
- 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the mushrooms, then slice them into thick pieces.
- 2. Toss the mushroom slices in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden and crispy.
- 4. Mince the garlic and sauté it in a separate pan until fragrant.
- 5. Combine soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- 6. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with garlic and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 7. Add the crispy mushrooms to the pan and toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
