  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 250G Mushroom Button 250G
  • 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the mushrooms, then slice them into thick pieces.
  2. 2. Toss the mushroom slices in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden and crispy.
