- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- 1. Wash and prepare 6 medium potatoes, 4 cups of okra, 1 large onion, and 1 large bell pepper by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 egg and add the prepared vegetables, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3. Gradually add 1/3 cup of flour to the bowl, mixing thoroughly to coat the vegetables. Shake off any excess flour using a strainer.
- 4. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated vegetables in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- 5. Fry the vegetables for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
- 6. Remove the fried vegetables from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
