- 200G Biona Organic Edamame Beans
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 25G Natco Mint
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- - Doves Farm Organic Chickpea Flour
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Steam the frozen edamame beans for 5 minutes until tender, then let them cool slightly.
- 2. Blend the edamame beans, garlic, coriander, and green chili into a coarse paste using a food processor.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the edamame paste with rice flour, chickpea flour, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- 4. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring until it forms a thick batter that can be shaped into fritters.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering but not smoking.
- 6. Shape the batter into small fritters and pan-fry them for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- 7. Chop the mint leaves finely and mix them with the yogurt and a pinch of salt to prepare the dip.
