- 100 G Hapi Dry Roasted Edamame 100g
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- 750 ml Harrogate Sparkling Water Glass 750Ml (Pack Of 12)
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and thinly slice the carrots and bell peppers into julienne strips.
- 2. Prepare a tempura batter by mixing rice flour with sparkling water and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or wok to medium-high heat for frying.
- 4. Dip each vegetable piece and edamame into the tempura batter to coat evenly.
- 5. Fry the battered vegetables and edamame until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- 6. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
- 7. Arrange the crispy tempura vegetables and edamame on the rice paper, leaving space to fold.
- 8. Roll the rice paper tightly around the filling to form wraps, ensuring they are sealed well.
- 9. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey for dipping.
