  • 100 G Hapi Dry Roasted Edamame 100g
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 450G Rice Flour, 450G
  • 750 ml Harrogate Sparkling Water Glass 750Ml (Pack Of 12)
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Honey & Mustard Sauce
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and thinly slice the carrots and bell peppers into julienne strips.
  2. 2. Prepare a tempura batter by mixing rice flour with sparkling water and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or wok to medium-high heat for frying.
  4. 4. Dip each vegetable piece and edamame into the tempura batter to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Fry the battered vegetables and edamame until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
