  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 125 Ml Kikkoman Mirin-Style Sweet Cooking Seasoning, 125Ml
  • 20G Aonori Seaweed Flakes, 20G
  • 500G Black Sesame Seeds Catering Size, 500G
  • 450G Rice Flour, 450G
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 100 G East End Garlic Powder
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and cook it in a saucepan with double the amount of water until fully absorbed, about 12 minutes.
  2. 2. Steam shelled edamame for 5 minutes until tender, then let them cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, steamed edamame, rice flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, garlic powder, and seaweed flakes.
  4. 4. Add water gradually to the mixture and stir until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized patties or balls and place them on the prepared tray.
  7. 7. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and a pinch of salt over each snack bite for extra flavor and texture.
