- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 125 Ml Kikkoman Mirin-Style Sweet Cooking Seasoning, 125Ml
- 20G Aonori Seaweed Flakes, 20G
- 500G Black Sesame Seeds Catering Size, 500G
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 100 G East End Garlic Powder
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and cook it in a saucepan with double the amount of water until fully absorbed, about 12 minutes.
- 2. Steam shelled edamame for 5 minutes until tender, then let them cool slightly.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, steamed edamame, rice flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, garlic powder, and seaweed flakes.
- 4. Add water gradually to the mixture and stir until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
- 5. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 6. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized patties or balls and place them on the prepared tray.
- 7. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and a pinch of salt over each snack bite for extra flavor and texture.
- 8. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until crispy and golden brown on the outside.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
