  2. 2. Sprinkle the paneer slices evenly with salt and a pinch of garam masala for added flavor.
  3. 3. Press each paneer slice into the ground almonds, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a large frypan over medium heat until melted and slightly bubbling.
