- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 1 Kg Ground Almonds, 1Kg
- - Tata Salt
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala

- 1. Cut the paneer into thick rectangular slices, about 1 cm thick.
- 2. Sprinkle the paneer slices evenly with salt and a pinch of garam masala for added flavor.
- 3. Press each paneer slice into the ground almonds, ensuring both sides are well coated.
- 4. Heat the butter in a large frypan over medium heat until melted and slightly bubbling.
- 5. Place the coated paneer slices in the frypan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
