- 1.5 Kg Natco Cornmeal Medium, 1.5Kg
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 lb Produce Unbranded Okra 1 Lb.
- 70G Natco Ground Cumin, 70G
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup cornmeal, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and a pinch of cumin. Mix well to create the coating mixture.
- 3. Wash and dry 6 cups of fresh okra. Trim the tops and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Dredge the okra pieces in the cornmeal mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 5. Spread 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil evenly across a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- 6. Arrange the coated okra pieces in a single layer on the prepared pan.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
