Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. Cook the rice by boiling it in a pot with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt until tender, about 12 minutes.
- 3. While the rice cooks, finely chop the garlic and shallots, and slice the sundried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.
