- 250G Shallot Onion - 250g
- - Mantova Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash 250 g of fresh spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a small pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat and sauté 1 shallot, thinly sliced, until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched spinach with 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
- 4. Transfer the spinach mixture to a serving dish, spreading it evenly.
- 5. Top the spinach with the crispy shallots and serve immediately.
