- 60G Steve'S Leaves Baby Watercress & Little Leaves
- - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
- 395G Heinz Mayonnaise 395g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise until smooth.
- 2. Add 1 cup of vegetable stock to the bowl and stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
- 3. Wash and finely chop 2 spring onions, then fold them into the dip.
- 4. Wash 1 cup of watercress, pat dry, and chop finely. Add the watercress to the bowl and mix well.
- 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the stock to hydrate.
- 6. Serve chilled with your choice of diabetic-friendly crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.
